The property is located between the AP-7 highway and the Sabadell - Granollers highway through Santiga, in a very good location in terms of road connectivity. 1.- Dominant use: Road.
2.- Compatible uses: Parking.
3.- Supply units may be installed on publicly owned land classified as road system, provided that they meet the following conditions:
a) Have access from a street with a width of more than ten metres (10 m.).
b) They must be large enough to accommodate at least four cars in a row.
c) The pumps may not be used directly from the carriageway of any road.
(d) They shall not be capable of supplying fuel to vehicles over two tonnes (2
T) The technical conditions of the supply units as well as the regulation of the degree of impact on the environment shall be specifically regulated by the corresponding regulatory ordinances, as well as by the provisions of the sectorial legislation in force. The public ownership of the land on which the supply units are located shall not prevent their operation from being private, by means of an administrative concession of the service, in accordance with the sectorial legislation in force.
